We are in a digital era, we should have the option for people to work from home if that would be tantamount to being in the office.

During Covid, the Courts switched to teleconferencing. For certain cases, this was not very much of a problem, with it actually being better in some instances, especially for cases where the other party was in another State, which is very common these days with digital fraud.

One thing is for sure though, a happy judge is a good judge and the same goes for anyone, other officials included. And it would make sense for officials to have more privileges, shorter work weeks and higher pay. As it stands, some of the most over-worked, under-paid people I have seen are judges themselves...they should be the first of us to have the option to work from home.

At any rate, one of the main CORE goals of Texit.pro and The Exit Party and our eGov approach is a total revamp of the Government's efficiency with regard to ourselves, centered around a digitally based, unified government interface system, which can be read of in the other articles. A central facet of that system would be judges and juries having a digitally based system, with perhaps even a rolling type basis, so that when you're given a ticket, you can just show up digitally, not on but BY a certain date at any time, and then be placed in a que to be seen at the Judge's leisure, with perhaps a que for potential jurors on call, so that way if a citizen is not doing something a notification can come up on their phone asking them if they would sit for a case. Cases could be taken care of very rapidly, with other neat facets and features to assist. Juries could be much larger, tiered and everything could be recorded and even viewed by a much larger audience in progress for even better public scrutiny and verbatim.

Perhaps with Secession and the CORE update, eGov systems might one day implement VR, but that might be a little to much too soon...suffice to say though, if we head in that direction toute suite, there is no telling what could come along, we might be one step further to virtual hologram conferencing than we might think!

For all of the good Judges out there and official government staff, your support for secession is a step towards a more modern, logical and sensible work environment.
