Retroactive Releases from Incarceration (Thimerosal NGRI & Drug Law Revamp)

Two main cruxes of Secession are Hg bearing Thimerosal used in the vaccine programs here in the States and in the rest of the world sponsored by US companies and the govt. My suspicion is that most of the issues in third world countries can be traced back to the vaccine programs. Probably the most important heritage the Earth has is genetic, and tribal people should be considered a very valuable genetic relic, if not augmentation for future genes.  Another is annihilating the hangup with drugs...low and behold, the two are actually very closely tied, with Hg Thimerosal poisoning actually being a main cause of self-medicating in the illegal drug industry.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind the utter and complete effectiveness of Hg against a human being and society, nor am I allowed by law under oath to have any doubt, because I myself suffered from Hg poisoning. I used to sleep all day, I could not wake up for work or school on time to save my life, and after my brain stopped growing in my early 20's I experienced a sharp increase in MH symptoms, all of which ended after a simple one-time IV chelation treatment for HM (heavy metals). I got a life back I had never had and feel better and work harder in my 30's than I did in my tees. I popped up early in the morning the very next day after teh treatment in utter shock and awe and turned into an immediate morning person. As time went on I got up earlier and earlier and turned into a crack-of-dawn type fella and my mental health issues tapered off gradually as my brain and body healed, though I suspect I still have some permanent damage from being injected with Hg as a newborn and there is a famous story in my family about me almost dying of SIDS as an infant. In fact, there are many symptoms in the medical field which are really just side-effects of mercury poisoning from the vaccines, such as diabetes, SIDS, Chron's Disease and many allergies and LOTS of Mental Health syndromes including drug addiction. There are about 40,000 known medical complications which can result from HM exposure. Why it is in our vaccines is anyone's guess, though it should go without saying that we must secede from such a state.

At any rate, Texit.pro would like to focus here on issues surrounding Thimerosal poisoning with relation to the burgeoning jail population and the drug addiction crisis. I personally can affirm that HM poisoning causes an acute want in the person to self-medicate. HM poisoning is a wicked animal and causes lethargy/tiredness as well as hyper-activity/increased excitation. Remember, Hg is a high charge positive cation that is also heavy...so it has the potential to both excite receptors in the brain, as well as cause them to depress under weight, much like having huge electrified sticky bowling balls in your brain. They can excite, yet also cause things to be weighed down...they are harder to get going in the morning, yet when they do, they can cause you to stay awake too long and are harder to settle down for a restful sleep. So, many people with HM poisoning naturally, instinctively seek alcohol or other downers in the evening to go to sleep after the HM has “warmed up” and in the morning will seek an upper to get going. This is just simple medicine 101, yet simple logic in general...just do a simple logic test: A person with HM poisoning is a changed person and so their body will have a natural tendency to want to change back...drugs can change a person...with HM in your body there exists the possibility to mistake with the body not operating properly, with those two being pragmatically bound, and so therefore the likelihood for a person under the influence of HM to abnaturally desire a drug to fix themselves is very likely, though just ends up exacerbating the issue...which afterall might end up fixing things, because I never would have gotten the information if I had not gone to jail for a PI and listened to a late night radio show about it.

It would be very easy to institute an NGRI program for the release of drug offenders, especially after those offenders have been put through a HM detox treatment, I can attest personally to its effectiveness. I used to be a heavy drinker beforehand and my drug use basically vanished overnight. The law is innocent until proven guilty and under FRCP the State would be liable for causing drug addictions leading to charges and sentences. Releasing people under an NGRI due to Thimerosal poisoning would be a cakewalk, and their likelihoods of going back to jail would be low after treatment, because when you can get up before noon, you can hold a job, period, and when you can concentrate properly, you can work. Now, it would be wise to do this after the economy has picked back up from other ideas of the CORE being done via secession. One of those is a drug law revamp, which should help to relieve the drug-jail revolving door by decriminalizing drugs.

One of the better ideas I had with drugs is to use technology to take the edge off. We could decriminalize drugs, and then use testing technology similar to alcohol breathalyzers, like a skin or saliva swab to determine if someone has taken too much of a drug. Like they say, moderation is key, and so moving things to help people control their limits would be a better idea, because people are going to do drugs anyway, especially as home chemistry and other precursor chems become more widespread along with new discoveries, this is just the natural grain of being 21, and so it's better to let evolution take it's toll naturally rather than break up a family or a life over drugs that are no worse than alcohol while we let people who defraud the money they are bought with rule the earth. The fact that there is enough alcohol in ever single store to get a person drunk enough to turn into a deadly weapon behind the wheel of a car, with no inebriation detectors in cars at all, is enough to make anyone insane...it's just so ridiculous that its numbing. But there are similar things in nature, like if you get your arm chopped off, you barely feel it, but if you pinch yourself on the back a bit or knock your shin, it hurts to high heaven. So we need to be careful when we have these issues in our lives which we know are stupid but cannot get a handle on, because likely they are so dumb that they should not have been allowed in the first place, and their being allowed themselves could be blocking our senses from fixing them, in order to end our dumbass way of life more completely and ultimately.

A simple swab for people working dangerous jobs when they go in would be all that would be necessary to ensure that they are under the legal limits for drug levels, and that would be it. When someone did too many drugs, we could put them in the tank for a bit to detox, give them some community service, and then put an ankle monitor on them for a few weeks. As for who gets to deal drugs, that would be another issue, but Texit.pro's idea would be to use it in tandem with the Official system, and to make it like the carat for the horse for users, whilst keeping dealers as a part of the govt, which they basically are anyway now in their communities. Citizens who achieved, such as musicians, doctors, chemists and other pillars of the community would be given the option to manufacture and sell drugs, in a kind of make-it-take-it scenario, that way things would remain under control, and if an Official got sloppy and someone went to jail for being too high, a demerit system could be used, along with a social rating system where people could keep an eye on eachother with regard to partying, so that the social scene could be robust and vectored without spilling over into damnation and depression. With policies changed and people clean of deadly HM's it would be a skip and a jump to release the main burgeon of the prison population under NGRI's and retroaction whilst erasing their bad records...with most of those people actually being great people otherwise who likely would have ended up being teachers, pilots or policemen. Let's just be dead honest here, if you have gotten drunk enough to where you could not drive, you have done about the same amount of drugs as someone on heroin, and if you have driven sloppy drunk, you DEFINITELY have committed a greater crime than anyone could do taking a drug alone, which happens so much everyday that we are energetically debasing not just our govt, but our very own souls, with govt being the main vector of time's flow. There are other drugs out there such as uppers too, and most of those are nothing more than a large dose of adderal or valium. If a Doctor can prescribe drugs almost identical to street drugs, then we should change our laws to allow their use to be recreational with better oversight using technology and keener govt. We could get our friends back and start to reconstruct our State.

Retroactive releases and expunging of convictions could be considered for other cases too with regard to HM poisoning, because it causes a huge list of issues. Using the social workers we have to tackle the issue with proper training would be wise, and the use of polygraph machines would be absolutely critical to keeping people in jail who should be there, and releasing those who should not be and also, sentences could be reduced as well. The simple questions could be posited “do you truly believe that you should be released from jail” and “do you believe that you sentence should be reduced if not.” Polygraph machine I believe should be critical to a proper government and should be more widespread in their use for internal affairs. One day, we could give birth to a sentient computer organism which could act as an all seeing eye for our government to make us truly modern, especially with regard to hacking...the implementation of polygraph devices in govt will be seen as man's first step to machine bioinic integration millions of years from now.

Importantly too, many of these individuals who have been hit by Thimerosal deserve to be on public pensions for some time to make up for it. People who have been disabled are supposed to be on Social Security, and so there should be programs for these victims to allow them perhaps a 10-20 year monthly pension, or perhaps a lump sum to get them going again, or a combination of the two, with perhaps a stipulation that they must graduate a technical school of some sort to qualify. Such an idea would go well for our citizens and keep crime at a minimum. If it were up to me, I would move the FAFSA grant age restriction to 21, and then raise salaries for those who choose to enlist in the armed forces to make that more appealing to encourage enlistment, because it makes for a great well-trained, capable human being...then carry over drug allowances to the armed forces so that those of us who like to smoke a joint every now an then do not turn away from enlistment, and then use drug monitoring to encourage progress by allowing for a base income from the state for people under 30 who chose NOT to do drugs who were under the poverty level, in order to reward that gene too, and then institute mandatory community service at 30 until retirement for those who qualified. If you were found on the street with drugs in your system, we could arrange forced-rehab work programs out in the country farming, or even bring back the good ol' penal colony and just let people live like they used to with no responsibility given that they were not allowed to used technology, which could be done with modern surveillance equipment like drones and eGov (more on that in another post).
