Require Minimum Salaries for Law Enforcement Officers to be Above $100K

Police officers are already considered an administrative class, which means that they in many ways are above the average citizen, and their salaries should reflect their social position.  By mandating Officer salaries in the bracket just above the common citizen, the middle class, we would ensure congruity and encourage a better police force, which would mesh well with the status quo and the call of duty.
 
By following such a requirement, we would ensure that the best of the best take the helms of our stewardship. This would also encourage more educated individuals to be granted these positions and eventually only those with the best credentials would be in these key jobs.
