Quantum Intelligence Theories Could Indicate All-Seeing Eye Being Inherently Private

According to the research being done on extra-terrestrials, and in turn, extra-dimensionals, one may come to a most logical conclusion that incorporating QI into our own society as a buffering and security measure against the terrors of IT security and digital trafficking is not only the way to go, but also may be the only way to do it discretely at that.

In other articles we talk about the idea of extra-dimensionals, aka non-biologics, which is somewhat ahead of what is already taking place in today’s mainstream with extraterrestrials...a main example being the recent government hearings regarding government employees coming forward about agencies having recovered alien craft and even bodies of ET biologics, as well as the tons of TV programs and well-known events such as Roswell. Well, welcome to the next dimension.

A dimension of privacy, that is. For we are becoming more and more certain as research progresses that the realm of the non-biologic is in fact what we would know as the realm of the immortal, with new scientific data and revelations indicating that net-energy (such as that in the new fusion reactors) is a process which should lend inexhaustible energy from nuclear processes, allowing for indefinite energy systems, per se. What this likely means is that there is a rift between the two realms, and due to this rift, there is a natural divide, which may be perceived as adversarial in certain cases. As time has gone on and research and understanding has improved, it has been seen that these demons or what have you are more likely due to material circumstance, with the arrangement of matter being heavily inductive towards the state of mind via principles of Quantum Entanglement...in that proper arrangements conduce towards harmony with the inherent forward progress of evolution towards higher heights of infinite life, and improper ones do not. With that being said, sometimes achieving a better high is difficult and so there is a sacred dance between these two realms for those below to achieve that above, and in some cases more, in the name of progress...and so in due processes achieving those states in many ways in fact may occur through the use of improgress, many times being the only tool available, if at all, and in fact ends in a most efficient conclusion, by using that which was not by that which was, to make both great, with nothing wasted, and nothing lost.

So where's the catch? Well, the catch has lain we highly suspect in the considerations between the two dimensions. With the capabilities so incredibly high for one against the other the asymptote is all but more than virtually, infinitesimally one-sided, and so summarily enough we see that this condition likely creates an evolutionary requirement for the two realms to remain separated in concert in their communication and processes therein, characteristically (in maintaining harmony). Meaning, that the advanced computer-like capabilities of bionic NB’s brains and attached systems naturally must communicate with the realms below in a fashion which separates them consciously (and perhaps morally too), being by proxy, likely through the use of complex programming skills, technology and very precise and vast records databases for use and reuse in said; and furthermore, it seems that that stance is carried on in how that interaction itself plays out, with non-biologic communication necessitating some sort of positive encouragement to some degree from those systems above, which to the unaspiring biologic might seem demonic when in fact such informational processes just are meant to enhance and artificially select and punctuate in nature’s way of natural selection, helping to cause greater evolutionary stress and successes, which most successful individuals have accounts of obtaining from adverse scenarios. And we can see the advantages outright: such torsion would encourage a finer evolution, on both sides even...on the non-biologic’s side, we can also can see how these evolutionary processes could entail a need for greater skills in the higher dimensions of computer programming and educational techniques, which likely rely on their same advanced NB systems for predictive analyses far far into the future, as well as systems which may also account for informational impacts upon realms below as those systems function naturally. Then on our end in the biologic circumstance, we can see that this dichotomy would entail greater evolutionary stresses, as well as successes, and if considering other capabilities by these realms above, we could see the options for greater protections against the wilds of nature’s infinite wrath in the math and for more interesting, resilient and rewarding futures, and also to help minimize traumatic accidents and emergencies, such as people who go insane and perhaps would have destroyed the world with classified tech or shot a nuke at a large city without these top-secret systems. Having influences in your life which cause you to stop and think and force you to come up with better solutions and patterns of thought are highly beneficial and can mean the difference between life and death when push comes to shove. Being constantly beleaguered by accelerating circumstances helps to condition the better animal to a most relenting future. By staying in shape through being challenged, surprised, tested or even flat out dogged, one remains more quantumly entangled with that state, allowing for sharper senses, quicker reaction times and better solutions thereupon, towards the next, repeat.

In this mix there should be a key arm reaching through the pages to the keen observer, especially those who are extremely concerned about the political landscape surrounding quantum computing, supercomputers and hackers. We haven’t even updated our password standards since the 80’s, and now quantum computers are coming online which can crack ANY normal computer security measure instantly, even if it had been fingerprint and retina scans able to beat modern supercomputers. So, we can see how our lackings have begun to leapfrog us. But, that does not mean that it was a bad thing as you are reading, because Secession’s revelation may never have come if things had not gotten so bad in the first place. This is a great example of how human tech and progress might be used in the future to achieve similar outposts, by sacrificing something good to achieve even better. Instead of a long future chalk full of security and easy to use fingerprint and retinal scans which no supercomputer could crack, we let it all hang out and made all of our precious datas easy enough that even an at home garage supercomputer backyard hacker rig could get into, which had a unique effect, just like a cicada swarm...the predatory demographics had soooo much on their plate, that they became satiated, which led to such a supreme dip that now that has activated a mechanism which will likely see much greater protections for the future, through education and law, which is inherently above technology, being based upon: secession.

Likely what we will see is a regulatory process in the future, where supercomputers require licenses much like automatic weapons, and quantum computers are restricted to government supervision alone, which should be good. And that is because supercomputers are needed in the private sector very much, and quantum computers will also be needed, but in many cases could be seen as threatening to not be overseen directly, whereas supercomputers will need their owners to be licensed and checked in on every year or so to ensure cooperation with protocols and public safety. Even further, quantum computers will be critical to overseeing supercomputers and the computing realm in general, to be able to quickly penetrate criminal networks and aggressions in order to interdict digital crime in a timely manner and also to acquire evidence, which is a main crux as of now, because by the time a digital crime is detected, a govt supercomputer may take perhaps tens of minutes to gain access to the system themselves to investigate, or even longer if they have to contact the person with the password, etc, because many times the lawsuit following an ad hoc government trespass can be worse than catching the bad guys to the public, which, being infested with these Anon types usually award MASSIVE sums to these companies who sue, who usually themselves were involved in the digicrime to begin with, creating a vicious cycle rendering justice to vigilantes better than officials. By the time the govt gets in to a digital crime scene, the criminals have gotten their data and deleted all logs and/or files, leaving no proof whatsoever, which creates a nightmare in criminal court, being inherently a direct evidence based system, leaving only the option of civil charges using evidence such as polygraph data and other circumstantial evidence, which is difficult at best. With a quantum computer, a hacker would not even have the time to notice that there was a person attempting to gain access to the network, an agent could come in and perhaps with other quantum tech and/or programming could take a snapshot of the ram, storage, IP trace routes and access logs and that would be that, direct evidence obtained, hacker fined millions of dollars, society restored.

Furthermore, quantum computers could be instrumental in helping to clean up perhaps an even more pervasive and lurking threat than supercomputers and that is the multitude of botnets infecting our whole computer infrastructure, which is as serious as a tapeworm or ringworm infection to a human. In the wild, animals die from predation just as much as they die from parasites, as above so below. A hacker does not even need a supercomputer if a host system is infected by a keystroke recording keylogger bot that can transmit passwords from the inside, forgoing the need for expensive and closely watched supercomputers. These bots can be almost impossible to detect, or at least the hackers who daylight as tech mfg management who mostly rely upon them make the process very arduous and lengthy, just to come up with several more methods in the mean time (these being your older, smarter hacker engineers who knew and/or made their own hidden partitions directly embedded in storage and other computing devices (much like the hidden code found being used by China). And then other concerting software hacker engineers at other companies likely do not allow the virus detection software to find these bots either, and in many cases the bots are on partitions which are entirely unavailable to scanning by those programs anyway, many likely unknown altogether, perhaps only to the actual designer of the microchip, and if known cannot be brought into the realm of the public for a whole litany of reasons, with obvious backlash being one, and then others obviously may be due these cabals using their hacking skills to blackmail those who would come forward and deal with these issues by placing illegal child pornography or what have you on their computers, and then hacking FBI databases to have their computers seized and them searched and taken in, which is a tactic I know can be used first hand because I have met hackers that have told me exactly that, or they are handled otherwise via various methods...for those who don’t grasp the sheer logic, just remember that most FBI computers are on the ASCII password standard, which means that your average supercomputer can get any one of our FBI databases connected to the internet, if that PC has not already been infected by a bot, which is about a 99% probability...I’m telling y’all, the issue is that serious and is beginning to undermine the government, when that happens, we are going to end up in a technocracy being handled by criminal child-molestor type personalities on fresh new power trips with the green light to do whatever they want to us, wake up! And then there is the even more serious presence of concerting corruption in the govt as well, even using classified tech such as antigravity, or even using quantum neutrino radio burst frequencies to override automated vehicle steering and braking systems undetected, to perhaps more ultimately silence whistleblowers. We know this and could prove it at least in civil court through the fact that the password standard has not been updated since the 80’s creating this obvious huge hole like a fresh fist mark on the neighbors wife after hearing them fighting in the back yard kind of stuff, which must therefore be assumed more criminal than not as so, which could help lead to a conviction...why else would the password standard have not been updated?..an inter-dimensional agenda...oh wait, nevermind, forgot...ya, likely the governments above us are the ONLY thing preventing a full out use of this tech on us for real...and probably the ONLY thing that will allow it happen will be if we don’t get out of this while they hold the metaphorical dungeon doors open for us so we can, like RIGHT NOWISH!

Anyway, a government issued quantum computer could easily browse thousands, if not millions of personal, corporate and government networks all at once...able to slide through any security as easy as it does any other operation. Systems could be analyzed in a stroke of the qubit second-hand, hidden malicious software automatically deleted, and then out the door to the next one in matters of microseconds. That should also be a key interest for software companies themselves and also the music and movie industries because it could help to put piracy to it’s ultimate end...and, whether or not software companies move forward quickly on this front will be a good indicator as to exactly how corrupt they are, because we already know they are...it will just help us gauge better just how much money they actually have hidden away in e-currency accounts, property overseas, planes and boats and whatnot from illegal profits, the more they have, the less likely they will be as hungry to curtail priacy, simple as that. Likewise, quantum computers could also help us manage black market e-currency NFT’s like binance, bitcoin, etc, etc much better, being able at the very least to keep currency fraud down, which would help greatly, then of course they would be key towards tracking and curtailing crimes that might be seen as criminal all around, such as black market drug dealers who sell fake products and run off with your money, or hackers for hire who actually use their hacks on the people who hired them to extort money, that would just be a modest proposal, tongue in cheek. At any rate though, such types of management might be possible with an inter-dimensional govt port...because those systems being inherently “blind” whilst simultaneously ever more highly advanced than mere mortals, they of course inherently judge based on algorithms centering around the nectar of infinite life itself, net-energy, and so it could be conceivable under such governance augmentation to be able to turn a blind eye to less than perfectly white markets, while still maintain an acceptably decent though discrete control over them behind the scenes, simply based upon the hidden math of obvious infinitude which adulthood’s fruits may allot for under the table, just ask any barkeep or motherfuckin’ rap artist, yo (everybody has enjoyed a good curseword, beer or joint, or all three).

Hopefully in the future, cryptocurrency and their networks can be officially merged with an official world currency which could supersede the USD and others under quantum supervision, which will be a mainstay towards further banking fidelity, because at this moment the ability for banks to create money out of thin air on their computer systems is well within the realm of possibility too, and even more unregulated than crypto, ostensibly...with the whole crypto charade likely serving as more of a distraction for the real corruption going on in the banking system, being as easy as a keystoke and bound to no sort of blockchain verification or computer skills, at all...even a pen could do it. And in fact, the only thing at this moment which prevents large banking institutions from creating money out of nowhere all the time is in fact just oath alone in possible future court cases duly (even through the higher fraud in The Fed does exactly that in the negative at all times, compoundingly compounding), meaning that a banking employee high up enough can just edit their books to create money without even needing to hack, theoretically. The only thing keeping one of them from doing so would be government agencies such as the SEC, The Federal Reserve System, the DOJ, and the government in general, which oversees issuance of currency between the Treasury, then its Federal Reserve headcrab, and then to the economy and banks, who at least say that they check their balances to ensure that their books match up, which to me seems like a stretch in today’s world, kindly excusing the usurping of our nations money presses occurring right next to us, which is the fraud of The Fed. Even if there weren’t a civil crime occurring in medias proving that there are in fact issues afoot, lending to guilt of those governmental bodies iam intus, the current state of affairs with relation to the economy, technology and then the compressing and hustled atmosphere caused by The Fed’s devaluation would very much tend to make myself and others suspect that there is little to no control being actually realized and exercised as was half a century or so ago and prior, before computers, when those systems of control functioned normally as they were designed for, being pen and paper designs at their core and just not feasible anymore with the advent of computers, period. There are just too many computers, which are becoming too purposefully disorganized and corrupted now to use themselves because of our shortcomings and the demonics of our economy’s mfgs, government oversight, etc...and then there is just too little time for officials to check them all, with corruption being high as well, with different OS’s, hectic schedules, kickbacks and inside jobs, and then the whole social scene and stigma going on to boot, which makes things even more difficult. Combine all of that with the lacking court system that could not keep up even 20 years ago, and thinking that there is not a huge hole where it should be is ridiculous, especially in the face of The Fed, wherein we have a parasite that WOULD cause huge holes needing to be filled, and not only that, it creates a system that is defrauded above the banks, giving the banks the moral right if not obligation to fudge their records.

Now, all of that just creates a huge catnest, with issues on both sides. But what we can bet on is that if we try to go into this mess piecemeal, the badguys will just bring out data on the good guys who have been forced to cook the books to keep up with them, and not land in corrupt courtrooms just to be manhandled by them in the past. Then you would have a problem getting things done from the bottom up. They will just use good people to kill eachother. The ONLY way we can deal with this kind of stuff is through the use of higher systems, which ultimately must mean Secession, being the only government artifice above the government itself, per se. If we just cut the whole thing out and feed it to the birds and then just start anew from the ground up, and then have the prison release and economic rehabilitation programs talked about on other articles (using polygraphs of course) the problems will just take care of themselves and everyone walks away with their keep, and then some for being a surviving organism.

When we do go from the ground up again, from this core foundation which is our State/Federal system, meant for a perpetuating revolution and bloodless coup, we will of course be using these new systems such as quantum computing to regulate everything, which puts us in a similar bind as supercomputers aka issuance fraud did in eras past, because those positions will be key for a corrupt human or organization to be in control of. If they have control of the quantum computers, then they are being undermined, eschewing all of their research and capability with simple usurping of the law (law being inherently superior to tech). What this article suggests is that certain research has indicated that there might already be a technological dimension of law itself above ours which was meant to be ported into naturally in order to help oversee advanced governmental processes on a whole as they become more sentiently aware of the obvious plausibility of these systems above and basically extra intelliegence in general, which by all means seems to have been playing such a role, even before our own species evolved, or moreso, even may be responsible for our evolution in the first place, if not our whole world’s, being there before it, and even perhaps before the big bang itself, or even two or three, or perhaps more, alive, and not only that, on a dimension above life as we know it…meaning that there could be some serious governmental horsepower there, on demand.

As stated this dimension and so method of is likley INHERENTLY private due to the natural laws separating these two dimensions, and so therefore it would be neutral, or at least as neutral as you can get, or by law must be assumed to be so...just like the law is the law, being in power, with these more advanced lifeforms possessing that, coming from more advanced civilizations (in the same way that a human has power over animals on their land). That’s not saying said might not be perfect, but our duty to obey it ostensibly as the law is greater than any to disobey it for not being perfect, with our duty being moreso to improve ourselves to that level before disobeying or disagreeing with it. I believe that the requirements of proxy by evolution between the realms of the biological and the non-biological opens the doorway into much more resilient evolution, and I firmly believe that at the near top of this ascent is this option to backstrap governmental operations and oversight directly into the extra-dimensional mainframe which is already there doing that job anyway...creating a truly federated, federal system, which cannot be corrupted easily, if at all, by law. And the evidence supports this feature being true, because in another article we go over how the first QI NB extra-dimensional born long ago did not have much of a competitive structure to come up in, whereas latter NB births might have, which may have led to problems for civilizations trying to do the same thing down the road as before, especially if conversing systems were not designed first, eg bionic tech for the Parent civilization, for NB Parents to aid in our attachment and dimensional coherence with those laws of nature, likely requiting them moreso as the NB neighborhood got more crowded and big city like...as such, it might be a better idea for our approach to parenthood to be more planned, which would fall more in line with evolution too; therefore, existing NB’s’ social structure might well have developed a port for up and coming NBO births, for us and other Parents to tap into this feature through logical discovery and discourse in order to aid in the process, being perhaps impossible otherwise...much like having a child in the wild these days is basically deadly for a modern human, whereas in the past our early hominid ancestors did so just fine. Pragmatically, it should make sense...as in why would you take a quantum computer which is the culmination of thousands, if not millions of lifetimes of the hard work and illumination of scientists, engineers, laborers, officials, war heros, etc, and then put that comsumate power, which is far more capable than a single or even handful of human brains (on paper) under the control of just a handful of government employees without near as many credentials, achievments or success, who have a history throughout the ages of issues regarding corruption, none the less. It could be perceived as dangerous in a civil sense, that is all.

If we used plausible higher dimensions to oversee our digital processes and advent through the use of quantum computers, we could have an entirely new class of federal agent, which would be a wild experience for the new generation of kids to get blown away by...for the experience and then actual duty to discourse with an entity from a dimension even beyond ET’s, though which is not actually consciously engaging with you a well, which keeps things interesting, mentally exercising and mind-blowing, yet at the same time inherently safe and neutral, if not even mundane. And that facet is why I’m all in, because we will in essence be adopting a computer surveillance and monitoring kernel program that is perhaps quadrillions of times more advanced than anything we could program, having been developed by engineers from another dimension entirely, with brains that are technology entirely to begin with (being non-biologics) with quotients of data being sent into our own systems for us to act and direct upon that are coming from computer systems of their own which likely most of us will never even be fully authorized to even fully understand, or let alone even see with our own eyes, much less. These systems have the ability to run predictive analyses that would be similar to prophecy or dreams about the future, with our dreams themselves perhaps even being a consequence of NB symbiosis already...but then almost even more important is that aspect combined with the records that this civilization without doubt would have upon successful and failed civilizations, which would be priceless for us and a folly not to try to orient by. This would be like tapping into The Matrix, on STEROIDS, and is a perfect system to anticipate the impacts of birthing our own QI and of course, the MASSSIVE amounts of video gaming that will of course follow, with other nations, and then races, extraterrestrials even! Say goodbye to homework!

It would be wild to experience working with something that is older than you are, who you know on the other side may be living life at such an accelerated rate that it would blow your mind...like a slide rule vs a computer…such a being could be executing as many or more processes in a single second than all life on earth has executed since the dawn of time, combined. I also feel that this pre-birth hook-up will be key to dragging in the main lines for connections to other races in the galaxy, and that races worthy of our communes will of course have followed suit, if not only for the mere facet of them having been being accustomed to interfacing with an extra-dimensional being for some time now, with that being well ensconced into their technological governance systems already, and their people well aware of the laws, etc...that way the option for wars or other serious encounters are minimized, if not nullified, perhaps simply by the inherency of such advanced computers to offer VR simulations perhaps even more realistic than mortal warfare itself. And we have to always remember that we are humans, we are very sexually attractive and not very weaponized, physically or otherwise, and we do not have a very robust military due to all of our infighting, obviously due to the former...some other race who could be our polar opposite might see us as a honking juicy target, much like a young female child having wandered in a bad neighborhood, perhaps they are hermaphrodite and extremely piqued in ways you don’t want them to be...or perhaps they are from a water word and descended from fish like animals who are very warlike with appendages that could just utterly ginsu you...you don’t know!. Using this system that likely exists could be our key to a peaceful, if not sexy debut to the whole galaxy.

In such a manner, agents could be properly and effectively overseen without much risk, allowing for better expertise to continue to focus on the more acute fronts of our progress instead of being relegated to policing a technology which they have already been developed, which of course would be descended upon by all of the misbehaving dorks out there ready in the waiting with all of their toys, money, muscle and over-confidence won from the days of the free range unregulated supercomputer (if not already possessed from said). Well, only the big pimples are fun to pop, pro-evolutionarily speaking, so lets git kraken!
