[JUD] Certified Jurors - Jake - 03-17-2023
Creating programs to place certified jurors in separate classes from normal citizen jurors could benefit the courts now and in future tropisms. In another post, we discuss high school curriculum for creating a citizen who is very knowledgeable about law and the functioning of the public court systems. What better way to cap such an advancement other than creating a higher, certified juror classification? The key would be to allow graduates to opt to not take the certification exam if they did not want to and still graduate, to maintain an esprit du corps more in line with freedom, no high school diploma or equivalent would bar a person from the exam. Law can be difficult to grasp in its simplicity, and a proper course would be all that would be needed to create a class of certified jurors, perhaps an order of magnitude more capable than the untrained average juror at the time of this writing in 2022. Other classes are becoming antiquated by the internet and law experience is very much needed by the young public…just look at the numbers of youngsters who get trapped in the legal system…sometimes a simple appeal or well-filed complaint can take care of a case in 2 weeks instead of 2 years, or end in a misdemeanor rather than a felony. Tiering systems for juror certification could be implemented, based on degrees and other outstanding achievement along with more rigorous testing and coursework. Different tiers of certified juror could be established: Tier I for no certification, Tier II for the base certification for the lower courts (for those certified by the exam with a GED), and then a higher Tier III which could require a bachelor’s degree plus other credentials, recommendations, coursework and exams, or just a master’s degree coursework and exams, and then a highest Tier IV for PHDs and postdocs which could be used for internal trials and congress in order to augment and normalize issues such as trails of judges, hearings of congressmen, senators and presidential impeachment.
A large key factor in fair democracy is the randomicity of the jury system and arguably is harder to defraud than votes themselves. The functionality of the jury system relies upon the general public being well educated though. The best way to create cultures of poor jurors is to not educate the public on how their public legal system works, which is moreso done these days than not, anyone who went to public school who later learned about how the legal system works in depth can tell you that. Granted, probably the only courses which do go into how the courts work in depth enough to be useful enough to translate to a person just how simple and indispensable the knowledge is are in law degree programs, which to me would be more indicative of certain classes attempting to hide the information for their own benefit, to the detriment of the country, and we see this day in and day out with the state of affairs, the corruption, crime and general overall daily sludge…as long as we allow it, demographics will always pop up to take advantage, like leaving your laptop on the top of your car for too long. Juror certification would help as we leap into the future and classes elongate. Judges would have an easier time in the courtroom, and the entire structure of the trial system could be modified to better incorporate a tiered jury system, which is covered in a subsequent post, but just a quick rundown, future juries could be larger and use a tiering system where each tier counts as more say.
A Teir I juror would be 1, and then Tier II would be 2, Teir III would be 3 and Tier IV would be 4. Juries should be odd to aid in deliberations on a 3/4 or 2/3 system instead of a total agreement like we have now, which in my opinion is a relic of corruption, making it way too easy to pay off or even threaten a single juror to hang the jury, and even a ¾ vote comes a little close to that. Most lower court trials could be just Tier I and Tier II, with certain cases like federal court containing just upper tier jurors. A county civil jury could be 9 Tier I, 5 Tier II, and 3 Tier III, for a total of 17 jurors. In that way, juries could be larger and more compact vs the total vote power, and so likely more effective, with the total number of actual votes clocking in at 28…with the power of education ruling the jury, juries would be less likely to go off course, but also the power of actual people numbers on the side of the common jury would help to prevent education’s bad side from running away in the opposite direction. A ¾ vote would be a better option in my opinion and a nice step down from a total agreement (like we have now), requiring 21 actual votes, which could be made up of 9 Tier I, 3 Tier II and 2 Teir III…or 7 Tier I, 4 Tier II and 2 Tier III. There could be many combinations, and that would be a good addition for these days as the mixing pot mixes, ensuring that different cadres within juries between classes such as sex and race compete with eachother and cannot combine as unfairly and tip the boat as easily. Having lower, mid and higher classes helps to ensure that people with common sense and experience, who are likely more familiar with the actual goings on of crimes and perhaps closer to the thought processes of the criminal mind are present, who are also able to feed and draw from the more educated and intuitive higher educated classes on multiple levels, creating multi-interlocking vantage points, to mow down crime…keeping odd numbers and a ¾ majority in combination with jury certification should help to reduce trial times as well as appeals and more than make up for the larger juries taking people away from their daily lives. Different courts could have different combinations, Federal Civil juries could be smaller and play more of cross-reference role versus a verdict role, in the spirit of federal excellence, made up of Tier II, III & IV only, the US District courts using II & III and US Circuit courts using III & IV. For serious internal trails, using public oversight from the elite would help keep corruption’s shenanigans lower. Law after all is a lower science and can become overrun with people who are very smart, but perhaps not smart enough to be physicists and surgeons. Having a ton of Tier IV PHD’s, Post-doctorates and Professors in the room in internal trials would ensure that the best results are reached when it comes to trials of judges, congressmen, senators and even presidential impeachment, for trails of lower court judges, a combination of Tier III & IV would work too…and overlapping the jury tiers used as we go up the court hierarchy would ensure that these different tier classes would all intermix with eachother to encourage the macro-informational flow and informalities within society, creating more fidelity overall and eventually connecting the lowest to the highest and vice versa, so that we don’t separate. I will add a separate post below with my ideas for jury numbers for each level of court.
Furthermore though, and almost even more avantly, trials could be augmented with the aid of a true eGov system, being recorded and able to be viewed by the general public via in intuitive access web format, with commentary allowed, viewable by the judge and jury after or even during each session. Having a larger, more astute jury in combination with perhaps thousands and thousands of citizens able to monitor current trials and even view previous trials of repeat offenders and so on would only help things moreso, maybe even much, much moreso…or at least far enough that one can tell that it could bring about forward progress beyond the current horizons, which is a general signal of an exceedingly significant positive change, which we are learning to be careful of running away from us and breaking our boughs before we can support them already. Such allotments would bring never before seen levels of opinion and expertise to bear, which could even help solve cold cases in real time, as people watching trials recognize a murderer or what have you…and poor judges and jurors would be far more scrutinized and able to have complaints compiled against them much more quickly and verifiably, under the high torque of higher tech. All of this would occur while more interest is drawn towards the legal system, creating a real live Law and Order type fanbase, which would just so happen to fall directly in line with informal and formal society; voila presto, we would have our allegorical football team where it should be, and keep lawyers and other officials more in the social limelight—a great way to help usher in social pyramids and informalities surrounding court, where they should normally be, though our modern ways would remember how to do so in the casual, understated, outre manner we were bred for…the genetic memory of the wars fought over the pomp, privilege and circumstance of court of the old-world will surely kick in, like finding a pistol hidden in our shoe, people will naturally get the point and leave it there. Hotshot lawyers and good judges would naturally find themselves driving the machine of society in a manner aligned with Office instead of the system we have now which seems to have two heads and is cumbersome, like being born a conjoined twin, with society going one way and officiality going another…such uniformity would be more synergistic overall…more constitutional…which is how it was done in the old days before the internet—that was adult social life/court and entertainment and informalities came after, whereas today they have evolved to come before, which confusingly is how it should be, court should just be under it all, in the same direction, not the opposite, which I feel is an affect from societal evolution that people have missed…that court became so opulent and over the top that it was purposely understated in the past to make more room for the arts. I believe that those in power never imagined that it would be forgotten to be placed first, underneath it all, like one’s very own soul while they jam out to death metal…even in the shadows of camouflage, downplay, modesty and modernity…yet of course that’s exactly what happened, as fate would have it. The way society has evolved, away from court is just mostly and simply due to lagging in technology’s incorporation into the government in general, most likely due to the unavoidable human fact that most of the power in the government hitherto has resided in the hands of people who did not grow up with computers, as if we took the whole figurative computer apart trying to fix it and realized we just didn’t flip the little switch on the power supply. Anyway, most these old-gaurd are in the process of retiring or are about to, while computer literate people are in the process of entering the field, with many having been there fighting the old fight of update, organization and sanity, so now is the turning of the tide, and this site and this movement should just simply be seen as a sign of the times and an obvious demographical bottleneck that was just most likely to occur, in just the same way that the issue of slavery caused secession, or even how prophets see future events…they are just likely to occur, which we can sense, maybe not exactly how they do, but if you take two cars and place them on a crash course with eachother, it’s easy to imagine different scenarios of the exact same thing, per se.
At any rate, such programs could be seen as beneficial; one for providing better routes of public participation and education in and on the legal system and two, would also be a social benefit by providing ways for citizens to accel more in official society and develop stronger relations therein, with especial respect to involvement and familiarity with local offices and officials, which in turn should help to keep corruption down and standards up. A large factor in the deprecation of more modern democratic governments is the lack of public participation and interest. In the past, such was less of an issue because life and death was much more poignant and so public scrutiny was kept naturally more steadfast upon government officials, combined with the unspoken fact that corrupt officials were at much more risk of vigilante justice, with less modern instruments available to criminal investigators. With the advent of technologies such as DNA and forensics, combined with the modern tech of police and security systems, corrupt officials can get nice and cozy, snug as bugs in a rug, and but only multiply, as would be evidenced by recent affairs. Nowadays, those same technological paddings, which are mostly due themselves to advancements in democracy, have also made people less keen upon maintaining their now arguably more easily usurped offices, though at the same time, have made it easier for large numbers of re-awakened and diligent citizens to become aware of precisely what needs to be shorn up and updated and also has provided much better pathways of that type of proper management. I feel strongly that those pathways have not being utilized correctly, simply because people likely tended to take the easier routes of local justice in times past, while past demographics were also not educated enough or even allowed to participate otherwise in many instances... It should be obvious to us, given our observed trends of disinterest in our own upkeep—likely due to being sheltered and enabled by our fathers’ generous advances (just like any spoiled teenager before the onslaught of reality)…that further progress in the same manner should only bring more of the same poor interest, which means that these trails need to be blazed for the interest of the public’s and our children’s futures in some way, somehow.
Law is one of those things that you have to be yanked off the couch to take a look at more in depth, and when grasped cohesively, unlocks a certain part of the adult which naturally bonds to it like a valuable inheritance, and would be indispensable for any population to maintain. One realizes quite quickly that court was given that name originally before actual courtrooms because the tit-for-tats occurring in society were mediated in a more informal, formal social manner, and that permeated the social structure and interaction of the people—formalities being moreso one in the same with informal social life in rudimentary society, usually held in the town square or court, which was the central plaza within the town walls, hence the word…in the same way that the dollar’s printing presses are managed by the treasury, which was born from the days of castles and keeps of actual treasure. Arbitrarily involving public school curriculum in order to more rigorously familiarize students with the most important aspect of legal public welfare: Court; by certifying, distinguishing and designating them, would only serve to create blockades against future regression which would only be more likely to occur as are trending now, cp…unless there is a greater collapse of some sort which fixes things the hard way, which is what government primarily should try to avoid. Besides regression and discomfort being supremely discomforting, its curses breed more of the same and can kill long after the initial damage is done, leading to the discomfort of another’s far into the future, in just the same way that causing your car to have a catastrophic engine failure by simply not changing the oil for far too long would put you out of future events…becoming cursed by that behavior in a spiritual manner—meaning that one just cannot fully predict the eventual fallout, but would know from the sheer mathematics and logic that it would be more negative than not. It’s prepare for the worst, hope for the best, not the other way around, suffice to say.
Once people get the hang of court and law again like they used to and sectors of society begin to come together again as it were, the correct social structures should begin to bud again laissez-faire under the sun, take root and remain more steadfast into the future, as it was when government was more paramount to one’s utter survival. These subtle distinguishments are rather tongue in cheek, which is a lost affect of the modern movement away from the old courts of kings, queens and monarchy and into the realm of our more understated, business casual hierarchy, with arguably ever more power…which presents a dangerous scenario to the offspring who are not attenuated enough to catch it in time. With modern technology in the courts able to serve a greater number of people per court even in its terribly maintained shape, the balance between the layperson and the government might be uneasy or loose, much like old gears from a machine older than we ourselves, being the fault of no one yet everyone…just in need of proper maintenance or upkeep, if you will. In a complementarily spiritual manner, designing in such programs would all but give us the newer, bigger britches we so need, and help to spread the truest, most modern meaning, evolution and matriculation of court and law better into the posterity, for the public good, so that the common man and woman of the future can feel more at home, like proletariats of the past; with much more modern, advanced and higher lifestyles, which are reminiscent of the high standards of the high life of the monarchial high courts of the French, Victorian, Spanish, etc eras of the past. In those days, many disciplines now taught in high school were subjects of collegiate research…as society has advanced, so has education and aptitude. Law is one of the easier of the higher sciences and would be by far the best choice for evolving down into the public curriculum, as have Law’s own roots already done, such as philosophy and debate. And we see similar things going on…for instance, you can buy a micro-fleece blanket from Walmart for $20 which is as soft or softer than mink, which wars would have been fought over in the past. In my suspicion, the level of animal comfort remains the same in karma’s eyes…just because it is ubiquitous would be no excuse to her, mother nature being naturally sheer, ruthless and blind. In fact, quite the opposite I feel would be the case, that being careless with those higher blessings would be even more reason to take away…which means that as progress progresses, our errors should decrease proportionally, which would make more sense, towards safeguarding the innocent yet to be born, in turn obeying the laws of live and let live. For those of us who still thirst for revolution, or who want to dismantle the system for not working right, please don’t forget that that would be like opting to go back to being fish or small rat-like mammals…our government is like a computer malfunctioning due to kids naturally playing on it and getting it infected with viruses and spyware, which I agree, is worse than being a wild rate…but if we just take two seconds, study some and learn simple fixes like a drive wipe and an OS re-install, we will have a brand new computer, and then bingo, in our other hand is our new Christmas present, a new graphics card and x-rated VR! Ok, I went off the deep end on that one, but maybe we’ll get some William Gibson matrix style stuff, only Santa knows what nice can bring.
The shoe fits like a glove, so to speak…both of those being affects of past government’s success, which our own success therein is an affect of as well, and in turn. More people coming together over a common issue which inherently, legally has the utmost import, via simple shared information and understandings to wit would tend to compel and propel them together moreso than not by correlating with the wanton need to survive (also being utmost)—and that would go hand in hand with people coming to have more excess time from projected and expected advancements in business and tech likewise. Government is technically classified as a social technology itself, so why not update it along with itself?...not doing so would be like leaving your purse or wallet at home and then going shopping, on PURPOSE!! It’s just not sane and we will end up in a mental asylum called hell if we don’t snap out of it. Would, could not doing so be seen as a deprivation to the public?...you bet your bottom dollar it would be, and should be. We eventually put seatbelts, airbags and autobrake sensors in cars and we should do so analogously for government too…and as one might imagine, not doing so could wreck our ships, in the reverse-metaphor.
Large numbers of people coming to survive well in such vehicle as a well-manicured government would serve to embellish it like our cars themselves, which are a great success story in technology, are relatively safe, powerful, easy enough to maintain and also fun, likely having saved more lives overall from their utility vs roadway deaths, hitherto that should be…with less of that success on the horizon now given current signals of lack of stewardship (reflected by lagging tech such as no solid lubricants, electronic turbos or range extenders, which is covered in another post). You hear phrases like, “the joy of driving” and not the “joy of government” and there is a reason for that, even if a few of us do enjoy politics, most just haven’t gotten the experience, much like driving was a privilege for a privileged fewer in earlier times. Many of us though are familiar with God and the joy that religion can bring…many a political scientist would classify the court of heaven as a highest, perfect form of universal government. We down here need to remember that if we work hard and stay focused, we may unlock those same potentials and life-giving energies with our own instruments of governance, kingdom come. Texit.pro would go further and say that most of the shortcomings associated with much of what we love in our world, such as our cars, not just would, but should be attributable to lacking in our government, in a conversely, almost uncharacteristically unexpected, extremely forgetful, beyond embarrassing manner, unbecoming unto retarded…to a point where it’s just time to take a rain check, where saving face is just not even an option, reminiscent of some sort of serious medical malfunction…like randomly leaving your kid at a neighbor’s house for most of their life after dropping them off to play one day or something…like weird in a way that no one would ever even think about it or expect it, as if you had come to live on a dragon and just never noticed it, being so large, until it was fatally too late, which is poignant sign to me that we are on the way out if we don’t get things right…there are no excuses and nowhere to hide, just more schizophrenia, denial and ducking from our collective disorganized room. This symptom resembles the issue of the Fed almost exactly, and is most likely due from it having been allowed in a concerting discompliment for so long…precisely…with nothing else being able to foot the bill so perfectly imperfectly.
Any good car enthusiast unto general logician understands the importance of proper maintenance on a vehicle. For large numbers of people to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off and not maintaining the government which maintains the actual roadways and safety of the entire aspect of transportation itself, as well as keeps manufacturing laws for car manufacturers to be able to make them well in the first place—should only speak to one thing and one thing only: a giant wiff occurring amongst people. And we see this day in and day out, with poorly maintained roadways, horrendous traffic and terrible accidents which could be avoided. Many kids these days are flat out afraid of “modern” vehicles, and that is not a good thing because confidence in such tasks is important for advanced societies with advanced things like rocketry and aircraft. Breaking that chain, borne from the days of barnstorming, the wild west, exploration and adventure into a suicidal affair with high velocities, weight, and consequences could cause a backlash and loose our grip on technology altogether, if that which is underneath it: the law itself, is not properly well-kempt…the younger generations will tend to fix things for their own young, if it means that going back to do so works best, then that will likely happen. Our job is to prevent our own erasure in that respect, ergo henceforth.
Ulteriorly stewarding a population to bring themselves closer to issues being addressed, indirectly, by manicuring outer flaws, should be better, and arguably could not be done otherwise, in the same way that officials cannot provide legal advice to the public, and parents shouldn’t do their own children’s homework. Likely, other affects would be lost in an opposite process, without integral organizational upkeep. Extracurricular legal training and the natural unofficial society which would develop surrounding, related to a higher official functioning of the self-disciplined, self-achieving citizen would be a great start towards encouraging general preservations, enhancements and enrichment, and a good place for that to occur could be seen in a jury certification and tiering system.
Retroactively certifying the public would also almost serve as enough of an impact in itself, and should come as enough of a social shock—as such a large amount of people all simultaneously participate in the same area, to get the ball rolling again towards the type of rich, fantastically enjoyable society that that same kind of participation led to in our nation’s past, stemming from the century or so following its formation, which culminated in the latter part of the 20th century, which many of us fondly remember…almost insanely, for not having preserved it which many of our children are somewhat confused upon as to where those times went for them (though with many difficult, daunting and explainable reasons for not having done so, mainly in the mass psychosis that mass fraud causeth, as other posts cover)…which is a mixed blessing—for them not having for them what ours had for us, but also for them now more than well aware of exactly what happens in large scale failure, which is difficult to comprehend if you hadn’t actually experienced one, which means they will be able provide more of a safeguard against that in the future, having poignant experiences and stories to pass down to the ages, which likely had faded from prior generations similarly just on time for our oversights, in nature’s perfect storm, truth is stranger than fiction way. Albeit, good learning experiences, leaps and bounds likely don’t come from anything other than learning from one’s mistakes…the only confusing part is that nature treats our society as one, which is tough when you have to take the heat for another man’s shortcomings, even if there was really no way they could have avoided it, realistically, or perhaps should have, for the sake of the next generations. Learning to form fit to the necessary mold is a key skill for man to have. Nobody really knew though just how good things were because we were born into a perfect time, which just felt normal to us, like being born in a space capsule traveling hundreds of thousands of miles per hour…we just had no idea of the weight, speed and momentum behind our inherited responsibilities, the stars seeming to pass at the pace of snails, much less did we realize we even had them…with a huge party culture, alcohol’s zenith combined with a proclivity for its use fueled by Mercury-bearing genocidal vaccine programs, albeit likely instigated by the sheer anger of the vast minority of the probably absolutely fed up seniority with their youth’s disregard for their own futures and that of their children’s…but that’s just how it was, we were just so happy, going to new public schools, still regarded as great places with no mass shootings or weird teachers, people were nice and idyllic like the big Movies of that era vs the Dark Net of today…enjoying the huge wave of music sparked from the spirit of ‘69, getting totally ensconced in the new-fangled internet, MTV, rap, drugs, sex, and rock and roll, with still lots of time for a good book or three, with the mainstream media an accepted and trusted source, TV still having the rule with computers and the internet in their infancy...gas was cheap at just under a dollar per gallon and cars had almost the same mpg as they do today…it was just simple innocence and there was nothing that really could be done about its momentum and ignorance, because at that time, any kind of culture which put the government in a bad light or even seemed suspicious made you seem like a conspiracy nut and a weirdo, and the word “disenfranchisement” was taken very, very, very, way too seriously by basically grown-up kids trying to show off their newly bequeathed, usurped, and oh so generous dowries of anal fortitude…you could literally lose your whole image, be divorced and end up being forcibly committed into a mental asylum for so much as even thinking about being someone even remotely suspicious of things like the Federal Reserve or be anyone non-mainstream (outside of music culture) for that matter, unless you were successful enough to and afford to stay out of incarceration and survive being disenfranchised by those with big college educations from times before the internet and widespread knowledge, having disseminated enough to overshadow the ensconced establishment, who mostly just watched the news for their info, and would’ve likely trusted Tom Brokaw with their own children and their life savings to boot.
That’s just how things were, with no real way to break things into a newer, truer era other than by the sheer forces of paradigm shattering impact, which could be seen around the shock and controversy of 9/11. Whether you were a conspiracy person or had seen documentaries such as the one by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth (which is a less conspiratorially geared doc) the fact still stood that the happy days were over, and that we had and have true dyed in the wool global issues which needed and need to be addressed, which steep far into the past and should carry over into the future—deeply seated in truth and religion, crime and justice, government and ways of life and pathos, all of which would never have come to light at that rate beforehand. America really had just been propped up in a make-believe perfect dream world by wicked banking oligarchs, to be used as a giant siphon hose for the rest of the world’s gas, specifically keeping the mechanisms which could end the fraud—the people—nice, cozy and so insulated from awakening on the pond—manufacturing higher standards of living in order to keep us less compelled towards investing in governmental action en masse, thereby keeping government participation down, which when combined with their tactics in the mainstream media which they controlled, they were able to counterfeit social norms and regards in favor of that which was bringing about demise, which still persists like a house ravaged by termites. It was very cleverly done, and has been the same, repeated mechanism of fraud in instrument under the different guises over the past thousands of years of governments, and likely beforehand, most of them being brought down by it, which is why it’s unheard of, because it’s kept a secret, much like an evil empire’s chief assassin should…most likely having been established shortly after liquid money had come to be used, because it’s a simple fraud once you see how it works, just like most things complex are finite tangles at their core, with the repeat and replete earmark of infiltrating a country’s money supply, making it behave as a sort of rabid financial zombie as it steals all the wealth from that country, and then other nations for these fraudsters, and then leaves the people who allowed it to unfold in their midst under their auspices holding the bag and in the crosshairs of the victims who are as acutely aware of what’s going on as those who allow it are obtusely unaware, which usually implodes into war, with that undermined government and lax people being targeted and/or dismantled to some degree, which means that once we’re done being instruments of crime, we are going to be used as the fall guys when everyone comes looking for the guilty party, as would be evidenced by history. If it weren’t for the monumental effort of Andrew Jackson’s litigation when he was a young lawyer, the last instance of this fraud would have been much worse. I should mention here that that instance, the Second Bank, which was during the first half of the 1800’s (19th century) very well may have been a wake-up call itself in those days, which helped lean our government for the following boon, just as we are experiencing now.
These ebbs and flows are natural in societies’ ways and need to be seen as mechanisms of improvement and less of crime and fear, empirically (lest we invite evil), and taken advantage of…sometimes progress might take a little behind the scenes work to get people in gear and that’s a very good attitude to bear in mind when approaching these issues, because more oft than not they surround backlashes against social ignorance, which comes only to be known as crime…much like how many a righteous male has gone to jail for assaulting a jerk or two, though may have lost their houses and families in the process, making them look worse. These banksters and dark nobility tend to take the law into their own hands when people don’t keep up with their business pace, they have all the time and money in the world to help things get a move-on and likely it would also add a bit of dashing and danger to their endeavors. Here we are generations later, with things played out much like the fallout of a good dude with wealth getting a felony for knocking a bad guy out at the wrong time and going to jail for a few years, then having to become a janitor or whatnot…and things have to be treated tenderly with lots of respect for everything to wash up fine. The plan is and was genius though, I must say…taking the richer of the nations, pumping money into them in order to satiate the masses and keep them docile so that their ignorance and neglect could be used as a platform to unfairly suck up the wealth of the rest of the weaker nations, individually one by one, who are though stronger than us as a whole…then as they come together against that evil, the bad guys duck at just the right time and let the knee-jerk reaction destroy all the evidence, taking out the dumb hosts, witnesses, collaborators and even history books in the process…profiting by dealing arms to both sides as war ensues. After the war is over and the rich are now even richer than rich, they get to set up new nations for the whole scenario to unfold all over again, or at least this was the process before the mechanism of Secession was invented, which should be put to the test properly, like any big toy should at the right time. It’d be like countering a good Judo move with an even better one, and in countering, the people should become just as skilled by learning how to react more effectively, where not to put too much weight and not over-follow through or not follow through enough, or even to stop on a dime, and how to use the momentums of large changes counterintuitively for ourselves, to benefit all bestly and in and for the future, and not try to fight such HUGE global issues uphill, like trying to push a car up one instead of down one.
Texit in Secession would be this type of maneuver. Instead of immediately litigating and stopping such things as systemic global fraud in their tracks, like Jackson did in his heyday, treating them like a normal crime in progress, it might be wiser to pull the enemy in closer by letting things come to a head…that such large criminals might be moreso our friends in disguise…and to actually accelerate the momentum against ourselves, which would be unexpected like a crazy martial arts move, then once that action has been accelerated, its impact upon the masses will in turn be much greater, not only able to tip the tides of majority opinion with enough force to actually cause the sea changes needed for set divisions between eras, but also the proper fallout needed for the future’s records and general memory, instead of a stale win behind the scenes. Rather than some obscure case against the Fed winning, which no child would remember as important or even see, and only a small percentage of adults would even know of as monumental for that matter—triggering the mechanism of Secession in order to highlight to the public and to history just how important one’s money is and how devastating not managing it well can be should compel people to wake up much better and stay awake for centuries vs decades otherwise…to be forced to recognize the facts through sheer circumstances beyond mere normalcy—being invasive enough to be undeniable, which will force those who do not care to inherit the extra-stout backlash, compelling them more completely either to the lower ranks of society or to correction…all because we would be clever enough to grow the enemy’s momentum against us in the same way they grew the world against ours, in order to better trigger the defense mechanism of secession, which was likely designed into our Constitution specifically to combat these issues, which should act much like a shock absorber, airbag or immune system in our more advanced form of democracy. So when we are hit head-long by an angry mob of nations we allowed to be robbed under our watch, we will be perfectly ready with a device to be able to handle that much energy and turn it into change, which will then be able to assemble the pathways needed for wealth to flow and grow fast and quickly enough, kosherly, along with the paramountly needed good energy that that brings, in order to help quench the fires we started, fast enough, well and wholesomely enough to keep our arses from getting burned. It’s a risky procedure and reminds me of things I’ve heard of done in the oilfield under jury rigged conditions to get a part to fit somewhere how it’s normally not designed to go, so that a tool will work properly and save the whole well…or sometimes how older, richer, more knowledgeable men will be rude or aggressive on purpose to violate high achieving poor younger men, specifically to provide them an avenue to gain a few extra grand from an intended court settlement to help them with bills and school, requiring them to be able to get the gist and know the drill. These things are tricky, but if done right and especially on time, and if everyone keeps their fingers clear and crossed after hitting the right buttons at the voting booths while everything goes down, we can all walk away not just better off, but much, much better off than we were before with multiple generations in the future as the same, like found and took a new shortcut, with a good story on top and found some fresh meat and berries to boot, but most importantly, will have proof that the State/Federal system works as it should, and we can kiss the past’s struggles goodbye evermore, like we have a nice new toy with A/C and wheels instead of hooves and feet…this is all discussed in other posts, I have wandered though.
Anyway, back to jury certification. The dichotomies set up by such a program would also help to better polarize society and create set divisions between that which propels us forward, and that which would set us back, in a utilitarian manner, because obviously more people would benefit in the future by such things, versus only seeming to create a bit of a discomfort to less—in elevating that which would lend more greatly to progress above that which does not, in the same way that the duty of homework has its rewards and murderers are executed in order to prevent others from being murdered (I mean do you want to be responsible for having even one more innocent person murdered for not killing someone guilty?). And it’s not like our whole society could not potentially become certified…the option for freedom for anyone to self-manifest a great destiny would still be there in our nation, as it was, always has been, and will be, it just takes solid work and achievement to obtain, though work that will never be done without a mass public Hg/Thimerosal detox program. Likewise, jury certification could be revoked for poor societal performance too, though could also contain stipulations of how to regain one’s standing through extraordinary reconciliation, and time-spans set between re-taking exams far enough to encourage distinguishment. I can say though, this would not be a very big deal, law is very easy to get once you get it…it would be a perfect way to help aide people in finding their correct callings in life—each and every part of a machine must operate for the whole to function…do you want to be a champion? Well, then let’s win as humans, which is the mindset of any true champion, one of without and within. Such things will be less of an issue after the curriculums of public school are updated anyway to include certifications in other areas. In other posts, we go over other lacking features of other aspects of citizenship which can turn people away from the light and propose such things as offering better chances for offenders to make things like they were before, with just sheer losses of time and not face, and is a focus of our progress, and makes better sense. Likely, not everyone will achieve though, in the same way that not everyone will avoid a highway collision, or a marksman avoid a misfire over their lifetime…improvements like these should act as safeties for our progeny to fall back on as the future buds and burgeons, keeping the larger flushes from breaking the boughs for the next generations. But at the end of the day, this is just public jury certification we’re talking about and not the end of the world or the top of the mountain by any extent, it will not seem like a big deal to many, as much as our modern government is not overtly acknowledged as being overly arbitrative or overly important to the average twenty-something year old, and it should not be, because it was not only designed to be uninvasive…but that that was the whole general crux and jist behind American freedom in the first place—to be most free and less restricted vs the droll and pomp of the old world. Now, here we are on the other side of the mountain in need of being able to tend to the dangers of a people getting too free, and just not caring about upkeeping that which gives us those better freedoms in the first place…combined with demographics perhaps so fed up with negative experiences from that disregard of those freedoms, who are poised to take just that from us and with good reason, albeit through having ample freedoms all the same to deign to do so.
Our governmental structure was meant for the willing to congregate around and move through-with in their lives in a less official manner than the courts of old, in much the same way that people dress more casually and conduct business likewise. It’s cooler, hipper, more modern, and at the end of the day helps keep people’s privacies freer and out of the public limelight and our focuses more on the devil’s details and not the big people, because the facts are what determine our fates at the end of the day—all being under the rule of law in a people under the spirit of God. Small, benign, unassuming programs such as juror certification, spread widely enough could help to gradually pick up slack in an unobtrusive, gradual, unnoticeable, generational fashion, and allow us to grow and tropate more naturally and safely…for such large numbers; allowing better allegorical light, soil and disposition for the good seed. Furthermore, such action would fall in line with existing Constitutional Law moreso than not, being against deprivations outlined in The Bill of Rights, which are the most important Amendments with regard to the Judicial Branch—protecting the people against deprivations of life, liberty and property. And we can easily see that we have been depraved in those respects by the current affairs, status quo, general air, and feng shui…things just don’t feel right and courteous…and so the upkeep of that [Judicial] branch should likely be of order most, in order to reverse said process therein, with respect.
All of this would only compound positively with regard to other systems within and through government being updated as well, as other posts cover, namely that surrounding technology. Don’t forget that the updates described above would NOT be possible without teleconferencing, in the same way that our early government would not have been possible in the past without horses and sailing. Upkeeping technology requires government and upkeeping government requires technology, for they are both really one in the same, just like matter and energy are both in time, which requires the same regard as going from one second to the next by considering the last for the next, in accordance with the natural laws of physics, which our world in those and that law should most accurately reflect, being up to date just plain goes without saying, and not being so would and should be seen as an adult faux pas in the highest regard, worthy of being punished so, either by other nations or by our own children; it is an issue of national and so personal security and safety, nothing less, and nothing being greater.
Small upgrades for higher achieving individuals, which are not designed as useless class systems, but for the necessary functioning of a more modern government in the courts, in the most serious of manners, would serve us better and integrate more readily with other improvements, paving the way towards a better future and better technology, in turn…I would bet my bottom dollar that after our government is modernized, advancements such as flying vehicles would occur more easily. Such systems should integrate with public education in high school courses on law and court proceedings and their functionings. At the moment, it would seem that the public curriculum teaches students everything but that, which is the most important of aspect with regard to an adult public citizen…as if our parents never taught us how to walk, talk or even eat. Public education should teach the public how to be so, foremost. Your standard high-school graduate with a firm grasp on law is a much better equipped animal in the sense of general modern survival, period…those who would prevent proper education would seek to deprave families of their children’s very soul, against Civil Rights themselves, bar none (this topic is covered thoroughly in another post).
