I feel like this is another one of those big duh's, especially for people who like to boat or fly, because its all about balance.  It really doesn't matter where you are on the asymptote of life, just as long as you're not doing it wrong, which means keeping things in balance with nature, which ultimately is math, which is ultimate logic, from whencever infinity comes or goes.

Back in the day there was not alot of technology to keep people safe from the wrath of the elements, and so there was no real need to polygraph them, nor were there any polygraphs around either (duh).  These days, there is so much tech which keeps us warm and snug as bugs in a rug: air conditioning, lighting, police, fire & EMS, emergency rooms, medicine, surveillance networks, the internet, RF, satellite, cars, planes, trains, guns, knives, housing...the list goes on and on and on and on.  Now, do we have any sort of program besides warfare that really honestly does the work that mother nature was doing?..NO...and we even have laws which would exacerbate the issue on top as well, without even simple measures like male birth control or even temporary sterilization to help curb people's appetites.

What that should mean to the non mentally disabled person is that there is an imbalance upon our collective vessel which threatens to roll and down us, retards us...basically.  It should be of no consequence that the likelihoods of government corruption and police brutality are due to bad people gaining positions in our government and breaking the law on purpose because they have mental disorders which are going unnoticed beforehand, which is likely due to the fact that we are off kilter, as it were...so, they are also more able to snake their way in during the hiring process, of which's offices could have had become corrupt as well in order to facilitate that, starting a snowball effect.  This is dangerous because it would mean that criminals who are smart enough to evade detection and corrupt in an organized fashion are working their way into our government and gaining control of our weaponry, tech and other hardware, which is the classic signal to intervene immediately for anyone familiar with history...because pretty much every single evil government coup that has succeeded well did so because the bad guys gained control of the guns.  To assume that that isn't what is likely occurring now would be less than wise, and not in line with FRCP.  At any rate, nations' names come and go like the tides, and very arguably the most effective approach may be to go with that flow, but of course not to forget your most precious belongings when you emigrate with the next ship...that main bobble in possession would be the technological progression of the social technology of government, namely in the state/federal system which the US pioneered as a result of previous failures, no doubt.

Anyway, polygraph data is still used by the government for testing sex offenders on parole to aid in determining whether or not they have been obeying their terms such as keeping away from potential victims and areas, which goes to show that it polygraphs are still called up to bat when the stakes are the highest, and that is because there have been incidents whereupon offenders have violated their parole at the expense of the public's precious lives and sanctity because they were not polygraphed like they should have been, which was part of a more recent trend by the corrupted government to migrate away from polygraphs, which should be a big red flag alarm for everyone.  That trend came about when govt corruption began to rise after the crash of '08 and only because people like me have fought tooth and nail has it abated any.  Polygraphs are like roach spray to corruption, they are hypercritical towards keeping it at bay, so when you see them being tossed overboard or otherwise maligned, you can bet they are going after your possessions and children next, the are like supercomputers for hackers, very instrumental: KEY.  Anyway, there were lawsuits filed and the polygraph was busted back out again for the sex offenders, because it doesn't lie, 99% or the time or so, which is better than a human in almost every case and especially when you're dealing with your standard chip back room justice dept officer with his own 9-5 goings on, and when used in conjunction with such a human, that 1% of error can be mitigated well enough, or at least well enough that even if the test conductor himself is crooked or having a bad hair day, you get a much, much lower margin of error at any rate, which the appeals process can mitigate more functionally.  Perhaps the times when people were put away for a bad polygraph test was when the conductor was not the best...which was also when polygraph tests were still considered admissible as Direct Evidence, which would pretty much seal your fate even if there was an error and the jury knew it, the rules say you can't deny direct evidence, so go figure...I would be suspicious of corruption way back then perhaps placing so much undo adoration on polygraphs in order to be able to allow them as direct evidence, specifically to generate false tests in the future and false convictions which are inevitable, though orders of magnitude less than without them...at any rate though, those cases then were able to discredit, even so, with a single life being valued immensely under the law...then, the ensconced corruption was able to make there one-time play when polygraphs were moved where they should have been to begin with, as being allowed as Circumstantial Evidence alone, which is better because one is not required to convict on that alone and erroneous or questionable tests can be ignored in the light of true justice, though the more extreme effectiveness of the polygraph can be remembered and utilized my a court when needed.  That "play" if you will was corruptions only hope to discredit the polygraph, and I suspect that they have waited until this moment now, when people are most distracted with tech and the media, and even so are heavily corrupted by it, with the child trafficking issue and the DN at the helm, attempting to capsize the only thing you cannot hack, the Law, being based upon physics itself...you just cannot fake math.

That move is how they try to throw the polygraph over the side and bury it, because the courts were making a critical move in order to prevent that little 1% from putting someone away for a crime they did not commit because they were just jittery or perhaps had a large does of Thimerosal in their vaccines marring the results...it was a wise move to relax the process around polygraphs as would be the use of any machine meant to aid a humans job with respect to such serious decisions, but that slight retreat, pragmatically can in a way be seen as being indicative of the polygraph not being perfect, which in a way lent towards it being able to be completely mistrusted by corrupt judges with a solid shove in that direction, which is where their big push was, to try to hustle the system using their corrupt implants, quickness and waiting cooperatives while we were already in a state of disorganization from the social energies of overarching negativities such as The Fed, making good people slip up already naturally, giving the appearance of correlating circumstance untowards polygraphs being actually unadmissible as evidence more likely.  The way the play went was for all of these corrupt assets to all cooperate all at once, which in turn creates what is known in common law as "precedent" which may be used as a guideline in future cases.  Setting polygraphs too high decades ago, generating a very small false cases, then waiting for a time rich in corruption to bring them down just a notch to where they were supposed to be, the corruption gained a critical eye in the storm of technological progress and freedom to switch things up while we blinked...I distinctly remember the utter cooperation in Austin by members of the government in the judicial system who all pitched in all at once to try to create an artificial precedent...if people like myself and other activist had not gotten up and protested at events like occupy, end the fed and others, we would not have been able to spread the word, because what was being done was simply a dirty trick aimed at rifling through out valuables and children, no lie, because I have been around these people and know that that is what they do, and they very much use CPS and the like to do so, that is my 1st Amendment Right to inform the public of such testimony and I can pass a polygraph on it, to boot (I even have a personal USB unit I purchased from Amazon).  If you just sit by and let those maneuvers set it, those precedents therefore by all means become accepted by the public and may be used in future law, and are just as hard to remove as concrete poured in the wrong spot.

That was the CRITICAL play on the behalf of these corrupt officials whom I came into contact with a few years ago when I helped route this issue in the courts.  The dirtiness of it appalled me though, being that there are two kinds of evidence allowed in court which cases may be decided upon.  As mentioned, there is Direct Evidence and then Circumstantial Evidence, officially.  Direct evidence is binding or damning evidence, whereas circumstantial evidence cannot bind a person to a conviction alone, though can re-affirm direct evidence and make appeal much less likely.  Multiple instances of circumstantial evidence can also be used in certain civil claims and/or in conjunction with other cases and prior convictions, such as the case of OJ Simpson where a judgement was made against him after the criminal trial in civil court...such evidence in civil claims usually amounts to monetary damages, but can go into criminal charges if the person being sued slips up in court during the process, incriminating themselves.  Civil court is a very valuable tool that ALL public school students should be taught extensively, the fact that it is not is pure evidence alone and the loss of a very, very pretty penny.

In trial court you are presumed innocent until proven guilty, meaning that direct evidence is necessary...in civil court you can be presumed more guilty than not if there is any evidence against you whatsoever, circumstantial included (FRCP), and you are not able to disprove it beyond the shadow of doubt.  So, you can see how the polygraph would be extremely useful in the civil court process, and in fact I believe that when our court system was designed in the early industrial period during the discovery of electricity and experiments by Benjamin Franklin and others the design of the civil court was especially made with specificity towards some sort of polygraph design.  Someone bringing a claim against you in civil court by circumstantial evidence with there no way for you to disprove your case other than you being truthful is the perfect place for corrupt judges to wreak havok...or the other way around, wherein you have circumstantial evidence against someone but they have done something like forge a document or bribe a witness to discredit you, with no other way for you to prove it other than your word, which a corrupt judge can bypass easily.  In times past, it was still unspoken law that the truth was detectable by the person, and a good judge was hired and paid more specifically if they were gifted in their abilities to distinguish truth from lie well, but in these days with polygraphs and the lack of research on the human brain supporting the fact of the phenomenon through physics such as net-energy, that fact and tradition is less seriously accepted and enforced, especially in the lower courts, also being assumed now to be more the job of the machine if in fact we do have them, see...as in why would we still need to go by informal measurements when we have more official ones...that creates so much wasted time because appealing to a higher court can take years, and its very easy to miss court dates and service with there being no centralized eGov and service system, with higher courts still operating on mail based systems, which is very detrimental to people who are maligned by crooks, who often loose their jobs and businesses over the issues they are going through in the lower courts where they are maligned by corruption, and in many cases can miss critical mail from having to move several time and/or not have an official mailbox, or just be flat homeless and not be able to do anything whatsoever, much less make it to an appeals court on the other side of the state, or in a different state altogether, which used to be a MAJOR problem before Covid, and still is in these higher courts, which still operate more upon the older forms of tech sans teleconferencing and email service of documents, because that's where the older, better judges are who in fact do grant the waivers of immunity needed and the proper rulings against the pervasive issues of judicial dishonesty as mentioned.  And, with the protections of modernity, there is no way for nature or vigilantes to discard people who would corrupt the will of God as was so righteously done in the past, our own Revolution being a main example, and so consequentially in this, such era, corruption in the courts should in fact tend to metastasize unless there were another technology to offset others and relieve the pressure, which we have seen, evidentially with the corruption in the news, BLM, the sprees of mass shootings, Pizzagate, Anon, police brutality, etc, etc, etc.  Polygraphs would stand as that artifice in device to prevent such things from balooning like so, yet they are being extruded if not banned from the courtroom, which is a sure sign of demonic influence in the government, who are doing nothing short of impinging a total collapse of the rule of law and logic in general, in the same way that armies take out major installations first or demo teams rig explosives on the main supports.

Such perversions of the mathological flows of time through us do nothing short of corrupt the very mechanisms of perpetual youth everlasting under God in Heaven and longevity and health by the observed mechanisms of net-energy, which, under said perversions also end up manifesting as severe and severely unwanted and taboo mental problems, inavoidably and inextricably, with youth being the center of that mechanism, there is an all to ready avenue for those misfirings to be confused with the realm of our very progeny and purpose of life and youth itself: our children...putting them in far too much danger of risk of being targeted by said crime further for the same, obvious reasons, which has happened in the past on record, such as prima noche, and so it should be a highest concern for us that these child traffickers who have been on the news recently with relation to the Dark Net and the Silk Road black markets, which hosts these crimes and the huge amounts of illegal pornography and are directly connected to these higher ups such as Epstein and the royals and government officials associated by many social circles the world over, in turn should only indicate that likely these people have some sort of technological infrastructure which is tied to the DUMBs, drone swarms, the thousands of boxcars in the NW with guillotines and chains installed in them (as mentioned in the documentary Ring of Power) as well as other black tech developed over decades and decades to the tunes of perhaps trillions of dollars that they have ready to deploy upon the population in order to subdue them, in the same way that the Nazis did to the German people using technology in WWII, and that the only way they can logically do it is by allowing us to allow them to dismantle our court systems by lapping us with tech, likely because all the money in the world cannot overpower the forces of the supernatural such as hauntings and poltergeist which may be the only thing standing in their way...as in why hasn't anything happened by now if so?  Meaning that as tech advances and we do not implement new technology where and when necessary, and litigate to maintain its use as well as maintain order and hygiene in our governance bodies, then they WILL have the right of way to usurp the law and punish us by implementing draconian governments which are not free, this much is true, as we have seen before....all they need is an excuse and an energetic right of way and God and Angels cannot stop them, so be it.

There should be newer polygraph type machines in every courtroom ready for use, and if it were up to me every judge should be polygraphed once per year as a precaution.  But at the very, very least, the polygraph process should be officialized, with free, government-run polygraph facilities in every county where a citizen can go in and order a test battery for a case free of charge, or even do one for a social matter otherwise for a small fee.  Taking such measures would wipe out our issues with corruption in the courts and help pave the way for the other issues that need addressing, such as no eGov system, lack of upkeep, slow processing times, no recordings available to the public, mass juries etc, etc.  As it stands, the wise move by the court to move polygraph data to circumstantial evidence only impenged a revolt by corrupt elements to make that B-line against the polygraph.  The go-to method was to say that "polygraphs were no longer was allowed as evidence" which was not a complete truth and they could get away with it informally if the citizen was not aware of the sleight of hand.  Yes, polygraph data could no longer be used as direct evidence, being evidence per se, but only colloquially did it mean that it could not be allowed as evidence with a lower case "e" because in fact, it still may be allowed as Evidence with a capital "E", with circumstantial evidence falling under Evidence as well, end of story. 

The fact that I observed that tactic being pursued in the government was severely alarming to me and nearly got me arrested when I got hot about it at the court offices, and it was around that time that I began questioning supernatural possibilities because the event just blew me so far away that I was forced to assume something just as odd as official corruption, though I would say that my wanderings of the imagination are in fact benign and so much less illegal than an actual courtroom attempting to remove polygraphs using subversive, illegitimate acts of dishonesty and deception, P-E-R-I-O-D.  People who cannot accept the ideas which are soley foreign are destined to failure, because the central aspect of math and nature itself is the other side of infinity, the inherent unknown and of exploration and adventure therein...just ask any empire that was conquered or any racist, and they likely will not be able to answer you because they are not there anymore, having been conquered out-evolved or otherwise defeated.  I have always been a big X-Files and Star Trek fan and just could not wrap my head around how such a large group of grown adult officials with degrees and families could cooperate on such a massive scale upon something so diabolical and damaging to their own people, unless they weren't their own people, as if they were someone else from another realm in that persons body somehow purposely sabotaging our government...that was my honest gut instinct, just being from the country and naturally growing up around animals, wildlife, hunting and tracking, as well as my military upbringing and background just being very sensitive and critically instinctually piqued by odd, combative animal behavior in my own people untwoards, and there are plenty of movies on it like The Exorcist, and could in fact just be a technology of war from a race beyond, and just another ordinary class of weapon or high tech spy/infiltration equipment that needs to come out of the lime light of taboo and into the realm of serious regard as something much more mundane and sinister in need of our attention.  Albeit, pragmatically, it would show a sense in said because serenely, polygraph type machines would be the only way to weed out these invaders and threats to national security, unless they were skilled enough to evade them, and if so, then hey, they must be able to conduce net-energy with regard, so perhaps they may stay if they can dodge our own radars once they're up an running, if in fact that is the case, but such caveat is proof in medias by impliction that the subconscious has already belied and shown to agree that in fact there ARE so corrupt acts occurring unduly, which MUST be rectified at every rate in the utmost of haste any way, if we want to save ourselves from that tyrrany and from having to go back and redo what we just spent hundreds of years doing, punishment likely will be that which we have seen in the past, consisting of genocide, rape, murder, concentration caps, brutal forced labor in heat and cold, as well as the segregation and separation of sexes, spouses and children, child abuse, scientific experimentation, torture etc, etc, etc...the list is too long to list but there are horror stories from Germany, China, Cambodia, Southern Europe, on and on and on, from people just simply not exercising their right to vote, a right which I believe usually comes from the response to the poor reactions to these issues, after people finally free themselves from these decades long dreads that they pull down on themselves like dumb animals, who won't get out of the way of a moving vehicle or what have you as it careens out of control directly at them (wrong Beast Mode there, yo!).  People like me are your drivers who are trying to steer into the sunset, a steak and a nice evening on the beach, with perhaps some advanced bloodsport warfare the next day based upon neuroVR or even real life respawn devices much like the days of ancient Rome...or even a day of celebration, music and divination with the fruits of chemistry, making the days of the ancient Jews and Jesus pale in comparison.  Or how's about a good day of fishing, catch and release, where you have a device that you put your fish in and it takes a real life meat-picture from some sort of far out tech that is regulated by our new govt's black ops deptmartment which researches secret tech that the public has to have a licence for and can't take apart to reverse engineer or risk a lengthy jail sentence.  We are not going to get on track to get there if we cannot do simple thigns like stay clean in our govt, just like taking a shower and brushing our teeth...the elements are very there, and very waiting to take back that which was earned hard from them.

The polygraph is a key in this matter, and I suspect that Benjamin Franklin used the key in his experiments more specifically with regard to these types of advancements coming from electricity in the future, which was beginning to come on the scientific scene at that time.  The esoteric sciences were known to be practiced by the Masons and the fables of mystics and psychics are rife with the ancients...there should be a strong indicatory there towards these men of renown who were known masons, these lords of the quill and the mage being masters of the higher realms of the brain, much lost to modern science and the hustle and bustle of this day and age.  There are many a prediction which has come true in Revelations, and in matter exists the future, too, just in potential, as it does the past in entanglement, with there being nowhere else for time to go, it being the matter and, and of the energy...past and future of present, proton and neutron of electron.  There were tons of experiments occurring with electricity and lightening were already very well known...these men were very well respected and obviously knew about propaganda and the use of child like stories to carry meaning afar in times before the internet and the written word and post, when many knew not how to read, which was a common tactic known by barding.  A famous use of this tactic was The Yellowbrick Road in helping to spread the lessons about the Second Bank, which this site covers.  And in fact that fraud itself was a product of the Hamiltonian Banking System, which was the descendant of thousands of years of this back and forth fraud and its unspeakable litany of wars, tyranny and atrocity, with so many lost.  That fraud occurring in England at the time was the direct cause of the Tea Tax leading to the US revolution.  To believe that this was not known to the founding fathers would be a deadly folly and to not assume that the history on this subject was not erased by these same people who fight tooth and nail with us all day to erase our freedoms such as remove polygraphs and attempt to arrest and malign peaceful freedomfighters would be just as retarding.  We see them day in and day out do this stuff, we see badguys like the KKK, terrorists, organized crime, Anonymous, Pizzagate, child traffickers, etc, etc go about these tactics of derision and oppression, with the artificial control of knowledge, fate and government being their key.  Well, now the polygraph is ours, in the tradition of the great Benjamin Franklin and electronic discovery: our key.

Fast forward to today and now we know that most likely there are nuclear processes revolving around net-energy which we still haven't fully understood that is the driving mechanism behind truth and life, and so there really is some sort of measurable force tied to a real physical process or processes in the body that was likely being measured by polygraph machines, or at least now that would be what would be required to be assumed under FRCP Preponderance in light of such new scientific observations and data regarding fusion reactions.  What this should mean is that there is something deeper going on which obviously could be even more closely measured, which I think could be best for both sides, because it may turn out that this phenomenon could be measured improperly by polygraphs we have now, and that by measuring the actual source energies, we could develop data gathering for such polygraph machines to be able to eschew certain data which could cause false negatives or positives.  For instance, you might have a career criminal who wants to come forward and say something, but can't because he's trapped under a heap of misdeeds and might fail an old-school polygraph from just the sheer interference of time's woes.  With a more advanced device, the conductor could be able to read more precise and accurate data showing the ulterior perturbations and then a more conclusive set of data which is not in line with being untrue, which could indicate that what he is saying is true underneath, even though the man is an untruthful person, per se, or just mentally incompetent, nervous or what have you, helping to solve a case...say he finally wants to come clean about the higher ups he's been working for.  Now, the same could be said about alot of people under the derision of the higher fraud and energies of The Fed, who might have a hard time in court on a polygraph because they are jittery or just not in the right state of mind, which I have been too...just these odd circumstances where things just seem to work backwards for the good person, which has costed us dearly.  Who is to say though that that was bad, because if good had had the upper hand then, likely Ron Paul would have won and the American people would have missed this opportunity to shunt evil away virtually forever and keep a libation in their hands, a gun on their rack, a hamburger in the other with their youngster on their lap, amen.  But who knows?...maybe the new equipment might be able to sense when there is such an argument going on...when there is more than one truth, and that this information could be critical in the future for spotting even stronger harmonics in harmonies wiles.

Let's be pragmatic: recall what polygraphs did for justice in the trial system, and that's probably about the gap that we are looking at in our government as far as corruption would be concerned, adjusted for inflation of course.  On the obverse of the other hand, lets look at DNA testing and what it did for justice, which is arguably even more acutely pronounced...that could easily be transposed as a good vane towards indicating how far technology has gone towards protecting people against crime, corrupt or not...with vigilante crime being included.  In frank terms, that should mean that corruption has been on the rise, whilst our government has been more susceptible to being infiltrated by it, with our abilities to mitigate it the old fashioned way having been curtailed immensely, which is a good thing, because we are becoming more civilized, so for us not to balance out our plane of existence by putting our other civilized luggage fore as well would mean one thing and one thing only: and that is that we are destined for a wild, bumpy ride to doom and people like me are very tired of flying, and very good at crash landing in the middle of nowhere with lots of survival skills and surreptitious contacts with deadly wild animals, some 12 ft tall, but that may or may not be classified.

If this were a trail, the logical verdict is very clear, and only a corrupt courtroom wouldn't agree...yet then again, one under the extenuations of Beast Mode in secession could be seen as choosing to be so as well too, for the greater overall good though, of course, but I digress....or maybe those jerks were in Beast Mode after all and are just yanking our chains, I dunno.  Beast MODE, V!!
